We’re less than five months from the 2nd Annual Fearless Warrior Yoga Conference. Less than five months away from making big things happen. Less than five months away from speaking and breathing and moving and listening together for one whole day as a loving, supportive community.
And we couldn’t be more excited for the stories that will be presented.
It’s that last one that gets a little fishy, though. For some of us, it’s simple to point at all the things that make us happy and all the things that we want to do. But what about when it comes to what holds us back? Sometimes we can’t give all of that a name.
And that’s why the Fearless Warrior Yoga Conference exists: To give you a safe space to explore, dive in and identify what holds you back so you can propel yourself forward.
So, let’s open our eyes and place our feet on someone else’s proverbial yoga mat. Let’s forgo our own worn, comfortable place of practice to notice the feeling of a material that doesn’t have the placement of own hand and footprints memorized. Let’s open our hearts to each other’s stories and shift our perspectives so we can find the soft spots inside our fears where the unfamiliar doesn’t feel quite so unfamiliar. In just a few short months, our hope is that this day devoted to feeling out our fears can give you the tools to be more aware as you move through your practice and, ultimately, your life.
Fearless Warrior was born out of this awareness of fear - fear of what was, fear of what could be, fear of what could have been, both on and off the mat - and the capability that we ALL have to shift our perspectives and move past what keeps us from going forward. In the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing more of the Fearless Warrior story and we’re excited to hear YOUR stories - whether you’re interested in being a presenter, an ambassador or a Fearless attendee in October. We can’t wait to move mountains with you.
